谷雨是二十四節(jié)氣中的第6個節(jié)氣,也是春季的最后一個節(jié)氣,通常在每年公歷4月19日—21日,當(dāng)太陽到達(dá)黃經(jīng)30°時即為谷雨。
Guyu is the 6th solar term in the twenty-four solar terms and also the last solar term of spring. It usually falls around April 19–21 in the Gregorian calendar each year, and begins when the sun reaches the celestial longitude of 30°.
谷雨意為“雨生百谷”。此時降水明顯增加,雨量充足而及時,谷類作物得以茁壯成長,是反映降水與農(nóng)耕現(xiàn)象的關(guān)鍵節(jié)氣。春去夏來,時節(jié)有信,谷雨的習(xí)俗里,藏著古人對自然的敬畏,也藏著尋常日子的煙火氣。
Guyu means "rain nurtures all grains". During this period, precipitation increases significantly. With ample and timely rainfall, cereal crops thrive vigorously, making it a crucial solar term reflecting precipitation and agricultural activities.
As spring departs and summer approaches, the seasons follow their natural rhythm. The customs of Guyu embody the ancient people's reverence for nature, as well as the simple warmth of daily life.

“明前茶貴如金,雨前茶好如銀”,谷雨前后采摘的茶葉,嫩芽飽滿、香氣醇厚,沒有明前茶的嬌嫩,卻多了一份溫潤的回甘。清晨帶著露水采茶,摘下最鮮嫩的一芽一葉,經(jīng)過晾曬、炒制,泡上一杯,茶湯清澈,茶香裊裊,一口便喝盡了整個春天的溫柔。
"Tea before Pure Brightness is as precious as gold; tea before Guyu is as fine as silver."
Tea leaves picked around Guyu have plump tender buds and rich, mellow aroma. Though less delicate than pre-Mingqian tea, they offer a gentle, lingering sweetness.
Picking tea at dawn with dewdrops on the leaves, gathering the tenderest single bud and leaf, then sun-drying and roasting them — when brewed, the tea liquor is clear, with delicate fragrance curling upward. One sip, and you taste the gentle warmth of the entire spring.

谷雨時節(jié),香椿芽正值最鮮嫩的時期,民間有“雨前香椿嫩如絲”的說法。新鮮的香椿焯水后,或涼拌、或炒蛋、或裹面油炸,脆嫩鮮香,帶著獨(dú)特的草木氣息,既是時令的饋贈,也是舌尖上的春日記憶。
Around Guyu,Chinese toon shoots are at their most tender and delicious. There is a folk saying: "Before the rains, toon shoots are as tender as silk."
After blanching fresh toon shoots, they can be served cold, stir-fried with eggs, or coated in batter and deep-fried. Crisp, tender and full of fragrance, they carry a unique herbal freshness.
They are not only a gift of the season but also a delicious spring memory on the tip of the tongue.
