世衛組織：豪華郵輪毒株確認，可人傳人

5月6日，世界衛生組織在社交媒體平臺上發表聲明稱，瑞士監測到一名最新的漢坦病毒感染者，曾搭乘泛海探索公司（Oceanwide Expeditions）的“洪迪厄斯”（Hondius）號郵輪。

據世衛組織介紹，這名感染者在收到來自郵輪運營商關于最新出現的健康事件的郵件后，前往蘇黎世的醫院進行檢測，結果顯示感染了漢坦病毒。

Swiss authorities have confirmed a case of hantavirus identified in a passenger from the MV Hondius cruise ship.

He had responded to an email from the ship's operator informing the passengers of the health event, and presented himself to a hospital in Zurich, Switzerland, and is receiving care.

根據世衛組織5月6日晚的通報，截至目前，與此次極地郵輪疫情相關的病例增至8例，其中3例經實驗室檢測確認為漢坦病毒感染。根據南非國家傳染病研究所和瑞士日內瓦大學醫院的檢測結果，已確認此次疫情的病毒類型為安第斯漢坦病毒。

The type of virus in this outbreak has been confirmed as Andes hantavirus by the National Institute for Communicable Diseases, South Africa and the Geneva University Hospitals, Switzerland. The support of the Institut Pasteur de Dakar, Senegal and the Administración Nacional de Laboratorios e Institutos de Salud, Argentina has also been critical in responding to this event.

As of Wednesday, there are 8 cases, 3 of whom are confirmed as hantavirus by laboratory testing.

絕大多數漢坦病毒不會人傳人，但安第斯病毒（Andes hantavirus）是唯一的例外，這種傳播通常發生在密切接觸的家庭成員或醫護人員之間。

Although uncommon, limited human-to-human transmission has been reported in previous outbreaks of Andes virus (a specific species of hantavirus).

在Oceanwide Expeditions公司5月6日晚發布的更新聲明中，提及了最新被確認感染的瑞士患者的情況：“5月6日，瑞士聯邦公共衛生局（FOPH）證實，一名曾參與該航程第一段行程（即2026年4月1日至24日）從烏斯懷亞至圣赫勒拿島的乘客，漢坦病毒檢測結果呈陽性，目前正在蘇黎世大學醫院接受治療。其陪同妻子雖未出現任何癥狀，但出于審慎起見，目前正進行自我隔離。”

Oceanwide Expeditions稱，已逐一聯系了所有曾參與本次航程的乘客。第一財經記者5月6日聯系該公司了解關于這名瑞士感染者更詳細的情況，截至發稿，尚未收到回復。

The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) has confirmed that a passenger who traveled on the first leg of the voyage (Ushuaia to St Helena, April 1–24 2026) has tested positive for hantavirus and is currently being treated at the University Hospital Zurich. His wife, who accompanied him, has not shown symptoms but is self-isolating as a precaution. Oceanwide Expeditions is in contact with the relevant authorities regarding this development. All guests present on this voyage have been contacted by Oceanwide Expeditions.

公司在最新的情況說明中還稱，此前已列入待醫療轉運名單的三名人員已成功從郵輪船上撤離，目前正搭乘醫療專機前往具備提供專科護理及適宜醫療篩查能力的地點，其中兩名人員目前病情依然嚴重，第三名人員雖然目前尚無癥狀，但曾與5月2日船上不幸去世的患者有過密切接觸。截至目前，兩名有癥狀的人員漢坦病毒檢測結果均為陰性。
