河邊男子步態(tài)詭異，幾名學(xué)生直接報警

“警察叔叔，河邊有個男的走路搖搖晃晃，看著就不對勁，特別像你們上次禁毒課上講的吸了‘上頭電子煙’的樣子！”

4月初的一個傍晚，江西省宜黃縣幾名學(xué)生放學(xué)回家，途經(jīng)縣城區(qū)某河段人行道時，發(fā)現(xiàn)了一名步態(tài)異常的男子——他渾身晃悠，腳步虛浮，連站穩(wěn)都有些困難。

Several alert students in Yihuang county, Jiangxi province, were honored as "Anti-Drug Youth Guardians" after their quick thinking and calm response helped police identify and detain a suspected drug user.

One evening in early April, while walking home from school, the students spotted a man along a riverside walkway, swaying unsteadily and struggling to keep his balance.

這一幕，瞬間勾起了同學(xué)們的回憶，不久前民警來學(xué)校上禁毒法治課時，特意講過吸食“上頭電子煙”這類新型毒品后的典型反應(yīng)，正是走路不穩(wěn)、意識模糊。沒有絲毫慌亂，警覺的同學(xué)們立刻冷靜下來，快速撥通110報警電話，向接警員清晰報出了男子的具體位置、體貌特征。

Recalling a recent anti-drug lesson about the warning signs linked to so-called "head rush e-cigarettes", they promptly alerted police, calmly providing the man's location and description, which enabled officers to respond swiftly.

接到報警后，宜黃縣公安局鳳岡派出所民警火速趕往現(xiàn)場，迅速將這名形跡可疑的男子成功控制。民警發(fā)現(xiàn)，該男子神情恍惚，問一句話答半句，言辭還支支吾吾、閃爍其詞，種種表現(xiàn)都印證了同學(xué)們的判斷。

隨后，民警依法對嫌疑人進(jìn)行毒品毛發(fā)檢測，結(jié)果顯示依托咪酯呈陽性。面對檢測結(jié)果，嫌疑人陳某某如實供述了自己吸食毒品的違法行為。目前，公安機關(guān)已依法對其作出行政拘留處罰。

Upon arrival, officers found the man visibly disoriented and incoherent. A subsequent hair test came back positive for etomidate, a short-acting intravenous anesthetic, and the man was later placed under administrative detention for illegal drug use.

近日，民警專程來到這幾名同學(xué)所在的學(xué)校，在班級里為他們頒發(fā)了印著“禁毒小衛(wèi)士”的榮譽證書。

頒獎間隙，民警向老師詳細(xì)告知了案件的具體情況，叮囑老師們后續(xù)做好學(xué)生的引導(dǎo)與保護(hù)工作，既肯定了同學(xué)們傳遞的正能量，也建議校方以規(guī)范方式，將這份榮譽與精神鼓勵融入班級管理，讓這份法治正能量在家校共育中傳遞開來。

之后，民警就地“變身”法治老師，給全班同學(xué)上了一堂接地氣又生動的禁毒宣教課。從新型毒品的各種偽裝套路，到發(fā)現(xiàn)吸毒可疑行為后該如何正確處置、及時報警，民警講得細(xì)致入微，還現(xiàn)場發(fā)放了禁毒宣傳手冊。

In recognition of their vigilance, police later visited the school to present the students with honorary "Anti-Drug Youth Guardians" certificates and delivered another anti-drug awareness lesson, reinforcing the importance of knowledge, vigilance and timely action in safeguarding the community.
