據(jù)日本共同社14日報道，日本防衛(wèi)政務官若林洋平在參議院內(nèi)閣委員會上表示，情報搜集衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)絡“衛(wèi)星星座”已于4月起開始運行，以確保作為“反擊能力”的遠程導彈的實效性。
據(jù)此前報道，3月31日，日本在熊本縣和靜岡縣部署具備“對敵基地攻擊能力”(“反擊能力”)的遠程導彈。日媒稱，此舉標志著日本“專守防衛(wèi)”的防衛(wèi)政策發(fā)生實質(zhì)性轉(zhuǎn)變。日方此舉引發(fā)大量日本民眾及政界人士強烈抗議。
