2026年5月26日，北京市第三中級人民法院依法公開宣判北京市國防動員辦公室原黨組成員、副主任田明海犯受賄罪一案，對被告人田明海以受賄罪判處有期徒刑十五年，并處罰金人民幣四百萬元；對被告人田明海受賄犯罪所得予以沒收，上繳國庫。
