金建希案法官凌晨身亡，疑似死于墜落

據韓媒報道，當地時間6日，韓國前總統尹錫悅夫人金建希股價操縱案二審主審法官申宗旿被發現死于法院內。

報道稱，警方于午夜左右接到報案，并于當天凌晨1點左右在首爾高等法院大樓附近的花壇中發現了申宗旿的遺體，隨后將其送往醫院。現場發現遺書。

A South Korean judge who handled the appeal trial of former first lady Kim Keon-hee's Deutsch Motors stock manipulation and other charges was found dead early Wednesday, Yonhap News Agency reported.

Shin Jong-oh, a judge at the Seoul High Court, was found near the court building in Seoul at around 1 am local time after police received a report around midnight, according to the report.

The Seoul Seocho Police Station said Shin is believed to have fallen from a building, while police are investigating the exact circumstances of his death.

Police found what appears to be a suicide note that reportedly made no mention of the appellate ruling involving Kim. The note only said, "I am sorry. I am leaving by my own choice," according to local reports. Police do not suspect foul play.

A special counsel team on Monday appealed to South Korea's Supreme Court against an appellate court ruling that sentenced Kim Keon-hee, wife of South Korea's former president Yoon Suk-yeol, to four years in prison over charges including stock manipulation and graft.

On April 28, the Seoul High Court overturned the lower court's ruling, increasing Kim's prison term from 20 months to four years with a fine of 50 million won, though the sentence fell short of the 15-year sentence sought by the special counsel team.
