是的。
U 盤是深圳一家名叫“朗科科技”（Netac Technology Co., Ltd.）的公司在1999年發明的，并于1999年11月14日申請中國專利。2004年，美國國家專利局也通過了朗科科技的專利申請，也認定朗科科技為U 盤的發明人。朗科科技在以美國為首的西方市場，打過很多場專利官司，官司的結果都是朗科科技勝訴。
