好多年沒來的江南西og中餐，朋友提前預定10斤的大魚頭組織來吃飯，把魚頭拆骨這個也是手工活，經典叉燒和秘制碌鵝味道很不錯！不愧為頭牌推薦菜！以前我們只會叫“紅燈籠”原來他名字叫麒麟閣，93年到現在，有很多經典菜式，咖喱煮肉蟹配全麥包是我今晚最喜愛的，面包是自己烘培房造出來，包皮脆香值得一試。最后鵝肝鮑魚炒飯，鑊氣十足！色香味俱全！
